These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Old Bridge Winery website (oldbridgewinery.com) and any services offered through it, including the restaurant and Bed & Breakfast. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Website
This website and its contents are the property of Old Bridge Winery. You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.
3. Reservations & Bookings
Restaurant reservations are taken by phone, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp. Bed & Breakfast bookings are processed through our third-party booking partner, Cloudbeds, subject to their terms and conditions.
Old Bridge Winery reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
Bed & Breakfast: Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Restaurant: Group reservations (6+ guests) cancelled less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Old Bridge Winery unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Armenian data protection legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Old Bridge Winery makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but cannot guarantee it is free from errors. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
